Our Promise

We want every Packt order to arrive ready for your next trip. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right — no return shipping required.

What We Cover

We stand behind every order. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you experience any of the following:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective — broken zippers, torn seams, cracked materials, or anything that arrived in unusable condition.
  • Wrong item received — you ordered one product and received a different color, size, or product entirely.
  • Package never arrived — tracking shows delivered but nothing received, or tracking has been stalled for more than 15 days with no movement.
  • Significant quality issue — the item does not match the product listing in a meaningful way (material, functionality, or size).

What We Don't Cover

  • Change of mind — we're unable to process returns or refunds for orders where the product arrived as described but is no longer wanted.
  • Incorrect size or color selected at checkout — please double-check your selection before placing your order.
  • Claims submitted after 30 days — all issues must be reported within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Damage from misuse — items damaged through improper use, normal wear and tear, or user error are not eligible.

Important: Because our products ship internationally, we do not ask for physical returns. Approved claims are resolved with a full refund or a free replacement — you keep the original item.

Shipping & Coverage Timeline

  • Standard delivery: 15–30 business days
  • Window to report an issue: 30 days from delivery
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Email us within 30 days of delivery at support@getpackt.us with your order number in the subject line (e.g. Order #1042 — Damaged Item).
  2. Attach 2–3 clear photos showing the issue. This is required to process your claim and significantly speeds up resolution.
  3. Choose your resolution — once your claim is approved, you'll select either a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement shipped to you.

Order Cancellations

Email support@getpackt.us immediately if you need to cancel, if the order has not been fulfilled yet, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation.
