At Packt, we're committed to getting your travel essentials to you as quickly as possible — so you can pack up and get moving.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada & UK: 10–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 12–25 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods such as holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time. Please allow up to 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders below $75 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@getpackt.us. We'll investigate immediately and make it right — whether that means reshipping your order or issuing a full refund.
