A note on airline fit: the Weekender is an overhead-bin carry-on, not an under-seat personal item. Most US carriers cap personal items around 18 × 14 × 8 in, and this bag is longer and deeper than that. It's soft-sided and does compress when packed lightly, but we'd rather you know before you get to the gate.
